Biography
Bree Bennett is an award-winning musical theatre performer, voice teacher, and musician based in Sydney, NSW. She is the recipient of a prestigious CONDA Award for Excellence by a Performer in a Leading Role for her standout performance as Veronica Sawyer in “Heathers” with Chookas Entertainment.
Her stage credits include Megan Jones in “Puffs” with The Very Popular Theatre Co., Brooke Lohst in “Be More Chill”, and ensemble in “Pippin”, both with Chookas Entertainment. In 2025 Bree is appearing in the ensemble of “Mamma Mia!” at the Civic Theatre, again with The Very Popular Theatre Co.
In addition to her work on stage, Bree is an experienced musical director, a dedicated voice teacher, and a skilled pianist. She is a strong mover, trained in jazz, theatre jazz, tap, and lyrical, and brings a vibrant energy and professionalism to every production.
Passionate about both performance and education, Bree continues to thrive on and off the stage—committed to creating meaningful work and helping the next generation of performers find their voice.
