ICACM was created by respected actor, director, and educator, Michael Turkic. Joining with business partner, William Uy Vu Le, Michael envisaged an agency that specialises in representing artists from a non-Anglo heritage, along with artists with disability.

Michael Turkic is a respected actor, director, and educator, and the founding force behind ICACM. With decades of experience across stage and screen, he envisaged an agency that champions artists whose voices have too often gone unheard.

Joining Michael as business partner, William Uy Vu Le helped shape ICACM into a home for artists from non-Anglo heritage and artists with disability, building a roster that reflects the true breadth of contemporary performance.
